to win games like this you need a team spirit and we have that in abundence the drive and determination in our team is there for all to see as everyone knows i coach from the heart and it is rubbing off on our boys we beat a very good team in the whites today and with respect to them they have been a good team this year but also we have upped our game when needed and today we did that...we took the lead with a great move involving aidan and harry smith which followed by harry smith putting us one up....we conceeded 2 goals from 2 very good corners from louis benson and we 2-1 down...the second half we took the game to the whites and had some great perfomances from charlie cook harrison barringer and billy to take the game to the whites and from a shot from harry stevens that the keeper could not handle joe was there to tap in the equalizer!!! from then on we had the whites under control with a third coming from some hard work by aidan and billy to drill home!!! our fourth came again from hard work from aidan to lay on harry smith for his second of the game a late concilation from the whites right on full time to make it 4-3 but we proved in the second half only what i expect myself as a coach to do is make a winning team and this is what we are becoming not just to win but to want to win that was an A team perfomance today boys and we have beaten teams this year that have stood up and noticed us as a team that can destroy when on our game....respect to the whites who themselfs have had a great season like us but on that perfomance especially in the second half proved to me how well the boys have listened this season and become better players...well done to all and thank you for all your support again you parents and families
