Saturday 27th october 2007 we will be holding a fundraising car wash to raise some money for the team. This is at The Great Ashby Community Centre and will be from 10am until about 4pm. The idea is to have 3 or 4 players washing cars for about 2 hours and then change for another 3 to 4 players to carry on. There will be parents on hand to help all day with use of the community centre facilities. We would like to thank the Community Centre for allowing us to use the car park and facilities, especialy Dot Smith, and thank you to Jose Merry who came up with the idea and got the ball running. |
